If I’d just stuck to these types of paintings I’d have carved out a much better reputation in the industry; my kids wouldn’t have disowned me and my parents needn’t have changed their names and moved to Nova Scotia. Also, instead of staring at a shelf stuffed withmy wife’s goddawful inspirational organiccandles, I’d be admiring an unbroken line of Rondo Awards. As for my more respected peers…well, they’d all be crouching at my feet, feeling cold there in my shadow!
