Never Can Say Goodbye

£30.00

I did this one back in 1975 as the cover for Gloria Gaynor’s debut album but MGM Records turned it down. I can’t think why! Only joking of course. This painting was actually just finished a few minutes ago (as I write) and the inspiration was a rough sketch I did for Mongrel Video’s release of Gorotica. This 1993 film was supposedly based on a true story about a woman who dug up dead bodies and had sex with the skulls.
Seems like a bit of a stretch to me….
