Lon Chaney Sr

This piece was a bunch of fun to do from beginning to end. In fact, I think I enjoyed creating it more than any painting I’ve ever done, possibly because it has a real Basil Gogos feel to it, and as you know, I love Basil Gogos! Sadly, it’s signed ‘Rick’ and not ‘Gogos’ so it’ll probably not be snapped up by Rob Zombie for ten thousand dollars. Of course, that’s good news for you guys who aren’t world famous rock star directors and you never know, when I pop off this painting might well fetch ten thousand dollars. Just my luck!
