When I was a kid growing up in Montana I used to love watching these old Universal Monster movies on TV, especially when we were snowed in which was quite often. Dracula really was heavy going thouigh. It’s hard nowadays to understand how anyone could find the film frightening but the imagery is still brilliant and ol’ Bela will always be a joy to paint.
